Terms of Service

1. Who provides Relay

Relay (“the Service”) is operated by Biren Nayak, trading as “Relay”, a sole proprietorship registered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-KR-03-0755662). Contact: birennayak845@gmail.com.

2. What Relay does

The Service connects to Instagram professional accounts through Meta’s official Instagram Platform API and, based on rules the operator configures, posts public replies to comments and sends private-reply direct messages.

3. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not use the Service to:

• send unsolicited, deceptive, or bulk promotional messages;
• contact people who have not interacted with the connected account, or who have asked not to be contacted;
• violate Meta’s Platform Terms, Community Guidelines, or the Instagram Platform Policy;
• automate any account you do not own or are not authorised to manage.

The Service enforces Meta’s limits (one private reply per comment, within the 7-day window) and honours opt-outs, but you remain responsible for the content of your rules and messages.

4. Your account and data

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. You may disconnect an Instagram account at any time, which deletes its stored tokens, rules, and activity records.

5. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. It depends on the Instagram Platform API, which Meta may change or restrict at any time. Features may be added, changed, or removed.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Biren Nayak is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any action taken by Meta against a connected Instagram account, arising from use of the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. Access may be suspended if these terms or Meta’s policies are breached.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction.
